Hydroxyl functional aliphatic PU resin with a high molecular weight without blocking tendency. Used to fomulate solvent based inks for packaging film, applied using flexo and gravure technique. Suitable for plastic film such as OPP, PET, PE and PA. Provide excellent adhesion and flexibility to the ink, good heat resistance and low solvent retention.
TEXAFLEX XP 5802
Non-reactive aliphatic polyurethane resin, suitable for flexo and gravure laminating inks. Can be used as sole binder or in combination with NC or other resin. Suitable for BOPP, PET and PA film printing. The product is toluene and MEK solvents free. Adapted for pasteurization and sterilization resistances. Provide high laminating adhesion, including extrusion lamination. Moreover, is very flexbile and non tacky.
